The Humber and North Yorkshire’s Mental Health Crisis Team offer a directory of local support.

York’s Safe Haven offer out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 16 or over who is in crisis or feels they are heading towards a crisis. They are open 6pm-11pm, seven days a week. Telephone: 07483 141 310
