Survive is the only TST accredited sexual violence agency delivering a range of specialist, trauma-informed services in York, North Yorkshire and East Riding of Yorkshire, helping adult survivors of rape, sexual assault and child sexual abuse rebuild their lives, relationships and reach their potential.

Because more people are talking about sexual violence and abuse, more survivors are asking for our help meaning our waiting lists have increased and people are waiting longer to access our services.

In the last six years, we’ve seen a 350% increase in new referrals.

Since last year, we’ve seen a 40% increase in new referrals.

Our team is made up of dedicated and specialised professionals who understand and recognise the ways trauma can affect someone and respond in a compassionate and caring way, providing the best possible support to survivors of sexual violence and abuse free-of-charge.
